Hue/Sat. Layer. Master= 20 Reds= 20 Yellows= -45 Cyans= 20 Duplicate that layer on Softlight 60%.
Color Balance layer. Midtones: -30, 15, 21. Shadows: -39, 7, 35. Highlights: 32, 15, 29. I unchecked Preserve Lum. because it looked better, but it might be different for you so uncheck it and give it a try, if not, recheck it.
CURVES. --You might not need this curves layer, try it if you're not satisfied. It will make your image brighter. RGB: I=115, O= 132. REDS: I=66, O= 113. GREENS: I=106, O= 142. BLUES: I=106, O= 147.
PS: You may also add a +6-15 contrast level.
