Duplicate base on screen 100%, crop it, resize 100x100.
Duplicate base again, and set it on Luminosity on 76%.

Selective coloring.
Reds: -100, 0, 0, 50.
Yellows: 100, -100, -79, 20.
Greens: 100, 0, -100, 0.
Cyans: 100, -100, -100, 0.
Neutrals: 30, 8, 9, -16.
Blacks: 0, 0, 0, 5.

Color Balance.
Preserve Luminosity is checked.
Midtones: -11, -10, 28.
Shadows: -37, -24, -18.
Highlights: 6, 7, -13.

Curves.
RGB: 117,135.
Green: 165, 165.
Blue: 67, 69.

Fill layers:
F8E5E5- Softlight 50%.
F3F2DC- Darken 100%.

New Brightness/Contrast layer.
Brightness: -10.
Contrast: 0.
OR!
Brightness: -20.
Contrast: 15.
Mess around with it.

Flatten, and the end. =]
PS: After merging, I wanted my Sawyer icon a bit more magentaish.
So I made a new Selective coloring layer, and on Reds, set it to 0, 30, 0, 0.
